Melon Berry Juice

- 1 Cup Watermelon 
- ½ Cup Strawberries/Blueberries 
- 4 Mint Leaves 
- Water 
- Ice

Add everything into a blender and blend until smooth.  Enjoy

Tropical Thunder Juice

- 1 Banana 
- 1 Mango 
- 1 Small handful of Kale 
- 1 Small handful of baby Spinach 
- 1 Cup Coconut Water 
- 2 tsp of Chia Seeds

Add everything into a blender and blend until smooth.  Enjoy!

Berry Smoothie

- ¾ Cup Frozen Mixed Berries
- ½ Cup Vanilla Yogurt 
- 1 Cup Milk 
- ¼ Cup Rolled Oats 

Add everything into a blender and blend until smooth.  Enjoy!

Green Juice

- ½ Medium Cucumber 
- 1 Medium Apple 
- 1 Small handful of Baby Spinach 
- Water 
- Ice

Blueberry, Banana Smoothie

- 2/3 Cup Yogurt 
- 1 Cup Milk 
- 1 Banana 
- ¾ Cup Blueberries

Add everything into a blender and blender until smooth.  Enjoy!

Blueberry Smoothie

- 1/8 Cup of Rolled Oats 
- 1 Cup of Milk 
- ½ Cup Vanilla Yogurt 
- ¾ Cup of Frozen Blueberries 

Add everything into a blender and blender until smooth.  Enjoy!

Banana Smoothie

- 1/8 Cup of Rolled Oats 
- 1 Banana (can be frozen) 
- 1 Cup Milk 
- 1 Scoop of vanilla Protein Powder or Weight Loss Shake Powder

Add everything into a blender and blender until smooth.  Enjoy!

Raspberry, Banana Smoothie

- ¼ Cup Rolled Oats 
- ½ Cup Milk 
- ½ Cup Vanilla Yogurt 
- ½ Banana 
- 1/3 Cup Raspberries

Add everything into a blender and blender until smooth.  Enjoy!

Peanut Butter & Jelly Smoothie

- 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter 
- ¾ Cup of Frozen Berries 
- 1 Scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder or Weight Loss Shake
- ¼ Cup of Rolled Oats 
- 1 Cup of Milk 

Add everything into a blender and blend till smooth. 

Chocolate, Banana, Peanut Butter Smoothie

¼ Cup of Rolled Oats 
1 Scoop of chocolate protein powder 
½ Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk 
½ Cup Water or 6-8 Ice Cubes
1 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter 
1/2 Frozen Banana 

Macros: 371 Cal - 11.5F/39.25C/26.75P (29%F/42%C/29%P)

Add all ingredients into a blender and blend till smooth. Drink immediately.

Alternative Smoothie:

1/4 Cup Rolled Oats
1 Scoop of weight loss shake powder
5.5 oz Chocolate Premier Protein
1/2 C Water or 6-8 Ice Cubes
1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
1/2 Frozen Banana

Add all ingredients into a blender and blend till smooth.  Drink immediately.

Baked Alaska

1 Chocolate Box Cake Mix
1 Quart of Ice Cream (vanilla recommended)
7 Egg Whites
1/3-1/2 C. Sugar

Directions:
1. Make the box cake according to the box directions into two round cakes.  Allow cakes to completely cool.  
2. After cake it completely cooled scoop ice cream onto the cake in a dome.  
3. Preheat oven to 425. Beat the 7 egg white on high till it makes peaks and hold their shape.  Add 1/3 to 1/2 cup of sugar (depending on how sweet you like it).  Scoop onto cake and ice cream completely covering.  It is very important to cover the entire ice cream and cake.  It is okay to have a thicker layer around the ice cream then the cake.  After the whole cake is cover take a knife and tape to make peaks.
4. Put into a preheated oven and bake for 3 minutes or until the peaks are golden brown.
5. Serve Immediately and enjoy!

Rolo Cookies

Ingredients:
- 12 ounces of Rolo's Caramels
- 1 Box of Devil's Food Cake Mix
- 2 Eggs
- 1/3 C. Oil

Instructions:
1. Mix cake mix, oil and eggs.  Take a small ball of dough and form a ball around the roll. (Only use enough dough to cover the roll so it can spread through the cookie. Last time I used a #100 cookie scoop but the cookies could use more dough to cover, try the next larger scoop next time.)
2. Placed on a greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 7-8 minutes. Yields about 3 dozen.
3. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. (Optional)
