Chicken Pot Pie

Middle Mixture
2 ¼ C.   Chicken
1 Can    Cream of Chicken Soup
1 pkg (10 oz)       Frozen Peas & Carrots
1 tsp      Salt
1/8 tsp   Pepper
1/8 tsp   Poultry Seasoning

Beat egg and brush the top of the pie with the egg.  Cut vents then bake at 425 for 35-40 minutes.
