Peanut Butter & Jelly Smoothie

- 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter 
- ¾ Cup of Frozen Berries 
- 1 Scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder or Weight Loss Shake
- ¼ Cup of Rolled Oats 
- 1 Cup of Milk 

Add everything into a blender and blend till smooth.
